Shipping Policy

Infinite Vogue gives their customers an option to replace the set only if there is damage in the set.

Minor damages happen in couriers we don’t consider them as damage, like stone falling, diamond falling, pearl missing flowers falling, or anything that can easily be fixed with glue and fixed manually.

Replacement for a damaged set will be done only if there is valid video proof.
We recommend our customers take a 360° video of the package (i.e.) a clear video is required from the time you start opening the package till the end without a pause or break in the video. Kindly show the damage in the video clearly.

Replacement of the set will not be done without a 360° opening video.
Infinite Vogue doesn't provide an option for refund to their customers.
